We offer a 24-hour return window, meaning you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please email us at  ultimateglamour91@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Kindly inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating the process.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
